Aromatic Savory Fish

RECIPE INGREDIENTS

1pk artSAVOR 60
¾C Olive oil, More if needed
6 Fish Fillets, 8 oz Each
4T Olive Oil, For cooking

KITCHEN ESSENTIALS

Large Nonstick Skillet
Glass Jar (Preferably with Screw Lid)

TIPS

For even flavor in every bite mix entire package with oil
Use artSAVOR 60 for fish, seafood, eggs, salads & more
Add extra salt and pepper to your taste if desired

PREP

Mix entire package of artSAVOR 60 with oil in mixing bowl, set aside
Place fish fillets on a baking tray
Pour some of the artSAVOR mixture over the fillets without touching them
Rub the artSAVOR mixture over fillets with your hands
Add more of the artSAVOR mixture if needed for stronger flavor, if desired
Cover and refrigerate preferably a couple of hours until ready to cook
Refrigerate excess artSAVOR mixture, in an airtight container

COOK

Bring fish to room temperature
Heat oil in skillet over medium high heat
Place fillets onto skillet, do not over crowd
Sauté for 1-3 minutes ¹ or until edges turn golden
Turn over to the other side and sauté for 1 minute
Lower heat and cook until 5˚F ² below your desired internal temperature³ is reached
Serve immediately with your choice of sides

NOTES

Sautéing time depends on the thickness of the fish
You would want to take the fish out off heat before your desired internal temperature
is reached as fish continues to cook while serving
125˚F is average recommend internal temperature for fish and seafood as they vary from 115˚F - 140˚
