Colorful Festive Fruit Kabob

INGREDIENTS
5C Watermelon, Cubed
5C Cantaloupe, Cubed
5C Honeydew, Cubed
5C Oranges, Cubed
5C Apples, Cubed
5C Red Grapes
3T Lemon Juice, Freshly Squeezed
KITCHEN ESSENTIALS
40 19” Stainless or Bamboo Skewers
DIRECTIONS
Chill skewers in your freezer for couple of hours
Make sure all diced pieces are around the same size around 1” Sprinkle lemon juice on apples to avoid oxidation
Thread the most dense fruit first so it does not slide down the skewer
First skewer apple
Next honeydew
Next cantaloupe
Next watermelon
Next orange
Top with grape to give it a finished look
SERVE
Lay skewers down on a plate with fruit end on the middle
Or, fill a deep bowl with decorative glass chips and place skewers upward
