Serves 6 – 8
INGREDIENTS
Crust
3C Graham Crackers, Crumbled
6T Butter, Melted, More if needed
Filling
1½C Sweetened Condensed Milk
½C Sour Cream
2T Lime Zest
1C Key Lime Juice
Whipped Cream & Garnish
2C Whipped Cream, Placed in Piping Bag
Lime Rind, Julienned, Optional
Strawberries, Optional
Mint, Optional

10” Pie Pan
DIRECTIONS
Crust
Place crumbled crackers in a food processor and pulse into coarse texture
Add melted butter and mix well
Transfer cracker mixture onto greased pan, pressing it down evenly
Refrigerate for few hours
Filling
Preheat oven to 350˚F
In mixing bowl, add condensed milk, sour cream, lime juice and zest, mix well
Pour mixture onto graham cracker crust
Bake for 5 to 7 minutes, or until bubbles appear, do not over bake
Cool to room temperature and then refrigerate for several hours or overnight
Whipped Cream & Garish
When chilled, pipe the whipped cream in a decorative fashion
Garnish with lime rinds, strawberries and mint
Serve immediately
