Multicolor Pepper Basmati Rice

Black Pepper, Coriander, Onion, Sumac, Parsley, Leek, Thyme, Lime, Sea Salt, Herbs & Spices

RECIPE INGREDIENTS
3T artSAVOR 70, Already mixed with Olive oil (see artSAVOR directions)
½C Multi-Color Peppers, Diced
1T Olive Oil, For sautéing Peppers
½C English Peas
IT Olive Oil, For Sautéing Peas
4C Cooked white Basmati Rice, See Recipe
1T Olive Oil or Ghee*, for Pan Sautéing Rice
½t Persian Saffron dissolved in 1T hot water (Optional)
¼C Mint, Julienned

COOK
Heat oil in wok over medium heat and add peppers and artSAVOR 70
Sauté for 2-3 minutes or until cooked but still crunchy, transfer to a bowl
In the same wok, heat oil over medium high and add peas
Sauté for 2-3 minutes or until cooked but still crunchy, transfer to the bowl with peppers
In the same wok, heat oil over medium heat, add rice, saffron, peppers and peas and toss to mix
Sauté for 2-3 minutes, add mint to toss and serve immediately
NOTES
*Ghee is clarified butter

Store unused mixture preferably in an airtight glass container in the refrigerator for future use.
