INGREDIENTS
4C Chocolate Cake
3C Cappuccino Ice Cream or Your Favorite Flavour*
2T Coffee Liqueur
1t Vanilla Extract, Pure
2C Fresh Raspberries
1C Toasted Hazelnuts, Roughly Chopped
3T Chocolate Confetti Topping
6 Chocolate Hazelnut Crème de Pirouline (Wafer Cigars)
KITCHEN ESSENTIALS
Electric Blender or Food Processor
DIRECTIONS
Using an electric blender or food processor,
Blend cake, ice cream, liquor and vanilla together,
Do not over blend
Divide cake mixture in 6 serving desert martini glass
Garnish with raspberries, chopped hazelnuts, chocolate confetti and Crème de Pirouline (Wafer Cigars) Serve immediately
NOTE
*Make sure ice cream is hard and frozen when you blend it.
Do not use soft ice cream or you will have a goopy mess!
