Turkey Chili HomeiraStyle

Easy, warming, and satisfying, this turkey chili made with my artSAVOR 20 is exactly what you want on a cold night. It is so good and full of flavor and even better, this recipe comes together very quickly. I suggest you make it a day ahead and refrigerate. The flavors will deepen and it will be even more tasty the next day.

Black Pepper, Curry, Turmeric, Parsley, Sea Salt, Baking Soda, Herbs & Spices

3 Pounds of ground meat

RECIPE INGREDIENTS

1pk artSAVOR 20                  
3lb Ground Turkey                
1½C Onion, Blended to paste  
3T Olive Oil
1C Tomato Sauce, More if desired
½C White Wine
2C Red Kidney Beans, Canned - drained & rinsed
Sea Salt and Pepper to taste
1C Scallions, Cut Diagonally
1C Mint,  for Garnish (optional)

KITCHEN ESSENTIALS

Large Saute Pan

PREP

In a large mixing bowl combine turkey, artSAVOR 20 and onion paste
Mix thoroughly until meat is evenly seasoned
Cover and refrigerate for an hour to allow flavor to develop

COOK

Heat oil in sauté pan over medium heat
Add seasoned turkey mixture and sauté about 5 - 10 minutes or until evenly browned
Add tomato sauce, wine and beans
Cook for 7-10 minutes or until done
Serve garnished with scallion and mint
