Robust Versatile Meat Sauce

Black Pepper, Curry, Turmeric, Cinnamon, Sumac, Cumin, Thyme, Lime, Sea Salt, Parsley, Herbs & Spices
Serves 8-16
Seasons 8 Pounds of ground meat
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1pk artSAVOR 21
5T Olive Oil
3C Onion, Chopped
4lb Ground Meat or Poultry ¹
1C White Wine
2C Tomato Sauce, More if needed
¼C Pomegranate Sauce, Optional

TIPS
Use artSAVOR 21 for ground beef, lamb, pork, turkey or chicken
artSAVOR 21 is also great for braising meat ²
Add extra salt and pepper to your taste if desired
COOK
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat
Add onion and sauté until translucent and just before it turns golden
Add the ½ package of artSAVOR 21 to the onion mixture ³
Cook for 1 minute or until aromatic
Add meat and cook for 3 minutes or until brown
Add wine and tomato sauce and stir
Add pomegranate sauce, optional, lower heat and cook for 20 minutes or until cooked through
Remove from heat and the sauce is ready to be used for your creation!
NOTES
¹ Freeze excess meat sauce, if any, in a freezer sealed bag for future use
