Simple Two Cheese, Tomato & Arugula Pizza

Pizza is nearly the perfect food that can be a starter, an entire meal and with a change of toppings even dessert! This simple creation with four main ingredients is full of flavor, texture and cheesy goodness. On top of being delicious, it is bright and colorful. The tie that binds this pizza creation is artSAVOR 75.

MENU | Simple Summer Dinner
Starter, Appetizer, Main, Entree

Serves 12

INGREDIENTS

1 Pizza Dough, Store Bought Flat Bread
1T Olive Oil
2T artSAVOR 75, already mixed with olive oil (see direction below)
D Sea Salt and Pepper
2C Mozzarella Cheers, Shredded
1C Gruyere Cheese, Shredded
2C Heirloom Tomatoes, Roasted, see directions below
3T Your favorite Vinaigrette Dressing
1T artSAVOR 75, already mixed with olive oil (see direction below)
2C Arugula
2T Basil Chiffonade
2T Mint Chiffonade

KITCHEN ESSENTIALS

Baking Tray
Pizza Peel or a baking sheet with no rim.
Pizza Stone, Optional


DIRECTIONS

Step 1
Heat Oven to 400˚F
Place flat bread on pizza peel, brush with oil, season with salt and pepper
Dot evenly with artSAVOR 75 mixture
Slide crust onto pizza stone for about 5-7 minutes or until golden.
Take out with pizza peel and have toppings ready to place on the crust

Step 2
Spread cheeses over pizza crust
Top with roasted tomato slices
Drizzle with some oil
Return to oven for about 4-5 minutes, or until cheeses melt,
Remove from oven and tranfer to work surface or cutting board
Cut into 12 pieces

Step 3
Combine vinaigrette with artSAVOR 75
Toss to coat arugula with vinaigrette
Arrange arugula over each piece of pizza pieces
Garnish with mint and basil chiffonade
Feel free to garnish with anything else that may taste and look good appealing like edible flower
Serve immediately
