Cambozola with Grapes and Bacon Salad
artSAVOR 75 Ingredients
Dill, Parsley, Leek, Basil, Salt, Pepper, Herbs & Spices

INGREDIENTS
Vinaigrette
¼C artSAVOR 75, Already mixed with olive oil
½C Readymade Vinaigrette of your choice
1T Lemon Zest
2T Lemon Juice, Freshly squeezedEN ESSENTIALS
Salad
2C Red Seedless Grapes, Halved
2C Green Seedless Grapes, Halved
1C Bacon, Cooked Crispy, Diced
1C Flat Leaf Parsley, Chopped
1C Micro Greens
½C Cambozola Cheese, Crumbled, More if desired
1C Pita Chips

DIRECTIONS
Vinaigrette
In a mixing bowl, whisk together artSAVOR 75, Readymade Vinaigrette, lemon zest and juice
Set aside to allow the artSAVOR herbs to bloom
Salad
In a large bowl add red and green grapes and chopped parsley Add enough vinaigrette to lightly coat
Divide the dressed grape-parsley mixture to individual plates
Toss the bacon and a enough vinaigrette to coat
Distribute the dressed bacons evenly between the plates
Garnish each plate with micro greens and pita chips
