Herbed Emerald Basmati Rice

Dill, Parsley, Leek, Basil, Salt, Pepper, Herbs & Spices

INGREDIENTS
Emerald Sauce
1T artSavor 75, Already mixed with olive oil
2C Mint
1C Parsley
1C Spinach
¼C Champagne Wine Vinegar
1T Lemon Zest
2T Lemon Juice, Freshly Squeezed
D Sea Salt and Pepper, Freshly Ground
2T Olive Oil
¼C Toasted Almonds
Rice
3C Cooked Saffron Basmati Rice
4 Heirloom Cherry Tomatoes, Quartered
¼C Mint leaves, Optional Garnish
Edible Flowers, Optional Garnish
KITCHEN ESSENTIALS
Food Processor
DIRECTIONS
In food processor, add artSAVOR 75, mint, parsley, spinach, vinegar, lemon zest and juice
Pulse until just blended
Add salt, pepper, oil and almonds, pulse to blend to even consistency
Heat rice over medium heat
Add some of the sauce to toss to mix
Add additional for more intense flavor
Plate and serve with your choice protein or vegetables.
Transfer extra sauce to a glass jar with screw top and refrigerate for later use
